This is an unofficial redistributable pacakage for installing the runtime files for applications built with Visual C++ 2003.
This package provides MSVCR71.DLL, MFC71.DLL, MFC71U.DLL, MSVCP71.DLL, and ATL71.dll, the runtime libraries used by VC++ 2003 applications. These files are not included by default with newer versions of Windows, and some older applications that require them do not install them.
This installer is provided in the same format as newer Visual C++ Redistributables such as 2005 and 2008.
